Overview
Marshall Sims is a senior associate in WSHB's Atlanta office handling complex civil litigation. He enjoys broad experience handling all facets of commercial, insurance coverage, healthcare, long-term facilities and business litigation. He is well known to the courts and clients who work with him, as he is proactive and known for leadership throughout each stage of the case. His tenacity in gathering key evidence has been honed through literally hundreds of depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial.
A powerful oral advocate, Marshall was heavily involved in the Moot Court program and was the State of Georgia semi-finalist. He was also the managing editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Outside of the office, Marshall enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and supporting the Yellow Jackets, Braves, and Atlanta United.
