Overview
Madison Arcemont is an associate in the WSHB Dallas office specializing in employment issues including risk management, administrative charges and litigated matters. She also handles complex tort matters throughout Texas.
She is a cum laude graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school Madison served as the Managing Editor for the International Lawyer and was a national semifinalist in the ABA Labor & Employment Mock Trial Competition. Her interest in litigation led her to research the Texas courts’ transition to online hearings in the summer of 2020, and to subsequently serve internships for both state and federal judges. She is a proud recipient of the Graduate Student Dean’s Award for Interdisciplinary Research for her findings and presentation on blockchain and intestate succession.
