Overview

Maddie Fosberg is an associate in WSHB’s New Orleans office. She focuses her practice on tort claims, property and casualty liability, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims. Prior to joining the firm, Maddie gained experience in a wide variety of matters including wrongful death actions, Jones Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act cases, and personal injury and insurance disputes.

Maddie is a New Orleans native and attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, she received Law Excellence Awards for the highest grades in Property I, Copyright Law, and Law & Technology. Maddie also served as an editor for the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law, and her article was published in the Journal’s Spring 2022 Volume. During her third year, she served as the vice president of Loyola’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She graduated cum laude and earned a certificate in Law, Technology, & Entrepreneurship. Prior to law school, she received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, where she majored in sociology.
