Overview

Mary “Ciera” Wilson is an associate attorney in WSHB’s Dallas, Texas office specializing in dram shop litigation, construction defect litigation, employment practices liability, and amusement park liability in addition to being well-versed in complex multi-party personal injury litigation.

A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Ciera was a board member for the Feerick Center for Social Justice’s Civil Legal Resource Office (C.L.A.R.O.) and involved in criminal defense advocacy through multiple government and non-profit organizations. In light of her work on these issues, she was chosen as a Stein Scholar, a New York Court of Appeals Pro Bono Scholar, and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award summa cum laude. She also competed as a trial advocate through her membership in the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center. Upon graduation, Ciera worked for a firm specializing in labor and employment matters, where she gained valuable experience in EEO claims and Office of Workers Compensation Programs claims and appeals for federal government employees.
