Overview

Lauren Bland is a seasoned trial lawyer in the firm’s New Jersey office, handling all aspects of complex civil litigation. Known for her strong results in representing clients in a wide range of complex torts and casualty matters, she is actively sought out for her sage counsel. Lauren has extensive experience in product liability and construction litigation and is adept at handling all aspects of these cases, from initial investigation through trial. Lauren is known for her strategic thinking and attention to detail, which have helped her to achieve successful outcomes for her clients time and time again. Whether she is representing individuals or large corporations, Lauren is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service and advocacy.

While attending law school as a merit scholar, she served as the Executive Editor of the Law Review and as a member of the American Constitution Society, Public Interest Law Foundation, and the Women’s Law Forum. She earned her undergraduate degree cum laude from Marist College, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science and a paralegal program certificate. Lauren is a cum laude graduate of Rutgers Law School – Newark.

Lauren’s experience includes working as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled all stages of criminal cases in the appellate, trial, juvenile, and domestic violence sections. Lauren has successfully tried multiple jury trials and argued pre-trial, post-trial, and sentencing motions. Lauren was a former law clerk of the Honorable Thomas V. Manahan, Retired Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. She is a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar and the Federal Bar for the District of New Jersey.
