Overview

Kristina is an associate with WSHB’s Sonoma County office, and practices in a broad range of civil litigation matters with particular depth in intellectual property, environmental law, land use, and premises liability, with particular strength in synthesis, analysis and strategic planning of complex matters.

Prior to joining WSHB, Kristina had years of experience as a systems engineer and trainer in the high technology business environment. Her experience there included software engineering project management, methodology, relational database design, application design, and programming. It also included technology and methodology training development and delivery in the United States, the U.K., Singapore and Australia. She worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including communications, electronics, finance, high technology, hospitality, manufacturing, natural gas & pipeline, and retail.

Additionally, Kristina had over a decade of experience as a small business owner in the agriculture industry of Sonoma County. She owned and ran an LLC that produced premium grapes for some of Sonoma County’s best wineries.

Kristina is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where she achieved the High Technology Certificate. Her law school training includes trademark, copyright, patent and other intellectual property concepts and issues. Additionally she is educated in environmental law generally, and water law specifically. Her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder was in computer science, French and Japanese.
