Overview

Kimia Hashemian is an accomplished civil litigation attorney based out of WSHB's Orange County office. She has extensive experience in both state and federal court in a wide breadth of practice areas, including employment, public entity defense, and toxic torts.  

A cum laude graduate of Chapman University Fowler School of Law, Kimia served as the senior articles editor of the Chapman Law Review and an academic fellow for Civil Procedure and Evidence classes. She was also an active member of the law school community, serving as a student ambassador and member of the Student Bar Association.

Ms. Hashemian completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. While there, she was the Associated Students Internal Vice-President and the proud recipient of the Chancellor’s Award of Distinction, which is bestowed for outstanding contributions to campus and community life.
