Kimberly N. Horne is a senior associate attorney based at WSHB's Los Angeles and Glendale offices, specializing in medical malpractice defense. She represents healthcare providers and other professionals in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and dispute resolution.

With a strong background in professional liability and personal injury litigation, Kimberly’s experience includes drafting dispositive motions, assisting in depositions, managing discovery, and representing clients at mediations and hearings throughout California. She has assisted in the defense of physicians in a significant dental malpractice class action, providing her hands-on experience in addressing complex medical issues and expert testimony.

Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor and Straus Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Southern California. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Frederick C. Shaller of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Outside of work, she enjoys kickboxing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and supporting animal welfare initiatives.
