Overview

Justin Daley is an associate in WSHB’s New York office where his practice focuses on complex litigation involving New York’s Labor Law. He is also experienced in employment, transportation, and municipality law.

Justin is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, he worked for the St. Vincent De Paul Legal Program as a legal intern in the Securities Arbitration, and Consumer Justice for the Elderly clinics, providing pro bono representation to elderly and low-income residents of Queens, NY. Justin also interned for the New York City Police Department Advocate’s Office handling matters involving allegations of police misconduct and Fourth Amendment violations.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University at Albany, State University at New York. Justin’s undergrad experience included studying the Italian language, criminal justice, and Russian literature and cinema.
