He enjoys a long professional history resolving insurance-related situations. Joe’s experience ranges from automobile insurance to both public and private health insurance. He has dealt with coverage issues, personal injury litigation, and insurance fraud. Joe has also been involved in real estate litigation, including both transactional litigation and real estate-related personal injury litigation. He has resolved numerous contracting and leasing situations, and he successfully negotiated a commercial real estate purchase.
Joe draws on his experience working as an investigator for a start-up healthcare company that handles fraud detection. In that role, he standardized complex tasks critical to the research process, participated in more than 1,000 witness interviews, and developed strategies to minimize losses. Working for a start-up also provided Joe with an understanding of the sensitivities and challenges that businesses face and ways to resolve matters that minimize their impact on an organization.
