Joseph Duque is a litigation and trial attorney in WSHB's San Diego office where he focuses his practice on complex tort and casualty, subrogation, and insurance matters.
Joseph received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school he was an active member of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review, serving as the journal's technical editor. He also worked as a legal intern for the San Diego County District Attorney's Office and the San Diego City Attorney's Office, Civil Division.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys camping, taking his dogs to the beach, and bike riding.
