Jonathan Ho is an associate attorney in the New York City office of WSHB, where he focuses his practice on complex construction litigation.
Jonathan’s diverse legal background includes externship and clinical experience in securities law, where he gained experience in SEC enforcement actions, class-action securities litigation, and fintech regulatory compliance matters.
He also held a judicial internship experience at the New York State Supreme Court, assisting with cases arising under New York’s Child Victims Act. During law school, Jonathan was an active member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic, advocating for claimants in FINRA arbitration proceedings.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from New York Law School and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Law, graduating cum laude from Arizona State University. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
