Having obtained her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Jesselyn's legal acumen is complemented by her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. This well-rounded educational foundation has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the law and a sharp analytical mind. Prior to joining WSHB, Jesselyn honed her legal skills as an associate attorney at an Am Law 100 firm. During this time, she gained invaluable experience in general liability and hospitality litigation, defending esteemed corporate and institutional clients in a wide range of complex cases. Her practice encompassed personal injury, property damage, products liability, wrongful death, toxic torts, and various other types of claims.
In addition to her litigation background, Jesselyn has extensive experience as a regulatory compliance attorney, specializing in cannabis, administrative, and transactional law.
