Jason Sklar is a senior associate attorney in WSHB's Connecticut office. He is experienced in a wide range of practice areas, including cybersecurity and data privacy. As a member of the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team, Jason responds to data breach incidents and defends clients in state/federal privacy enforcement actions, complex data breach class actions, and technology E&O litigation.
Mr. Sklar graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law, which he attended on a full merit scholarship. While in law school, he served as the Articles Editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal and completed the school's 100-Hour Pro Bono Pledge. Jason attended Franklin & Marshall College as an undergraduate, earning his Bachelor's Degree in History.
Jason is admitted to practice law before the State Courts of New York and Connecticut, and the Federal District Court of Connecticut.
