Hugo Fraga is a senior associate in WSHB's Seattle office. His practice encompasses a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including construction defect, professional liability, and commercial litigation.

He received his bachelor's magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. While in law school, Hugo served on the editorial board of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts. He also volunteered for the school's Immigration Law Clinic, where he helped successfully argue a habeas petition for a fellow student.

Hugo is fluent in Spanish.
