Emma Hamlet is an associate in WSHB's Atlanta office, where she handles insurance coverage and civil litigation.

Emma graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the Managing Board as a Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. While in law school, Emma served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Lawton E. Stephens at the Western Judicial Circuit Superior Court in the State of Georgia. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Paul W. Bonapfel at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Georgia. As part of UGA Law's Corporate Counsel Externship program, Emma worked as a legal extern for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia and also as a legal extern for the Office of Legal Affairs at Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia.

She graduated magna cum laude from Miami University with a degree in Music Performance.

Prior to beginning her career in law, Emma worked in business and also taught music lessons. Emma is a professional flutist and piccoloist.
