Overview
Dearl Croft is a senior associate attorney in WSHB’s Houston office, where he focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation.
Dearl earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi. He subsequently completed an LL.M. in International Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law to expand his knowledge of law, global business, and regulatory compliance. Before attending law school, Dearl graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Beverage Management & Marketing, after playing two varsity sports at Austin College.
He is experienced in advising clients on the tax and legal implications of multinational and cross-border issues, and is well versed in all phases of litigation and estate planning.
