Daniel (“Dan”) White is a senior associate in WSHB’s Tampa office with litigation experience in trial courts throughout the State of Florida. He is well known for the results he secures in coverage and litigated matters involving commercial and residential property damage claims, loss of use, and loss of rents or business income, as well as personal injury protection, premises liability, and personal injury lawsuits.
A 2015 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, Dan served as executive-vice chair for the moot court board and earned recognition for his public interest work through the Indigent Criminal Justice Practicum where he worked alongside the Centre County pubic defenders’ office to provide necessary legal defense to those who would be otherwise unable to afford counsel. While in law school, Dan interned with the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington and Idaho. Dan completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Leo University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and was a member of the men’s soccer team.
