Overview
Dan Schneider is an associate attorney in WSHB’s Fresno office, where he practices complex civil litigation.
A graduate of Lincoln Law School in San Jose, California, Dan served as a member of the Law Review, published multiple articles, regularly appeared on the Dean’s list, and was the recipient of a scholarship based on both academics and character. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Accounting from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Dan’s experience includes clerking for a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge, working as a legal assistant for the in-house counsel of a real estate development company, as well as spending time as an accounting analyst for a medical device startup. Outside of law, Dan was employed for several years as a sales consultant in the medical device field, where he worked with orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons to provide complex spine-related instruments, implants, and biologic solutions.
In his spare time, Dan records and performs as an Americana-based singer/songwriter. He also loves fly fishing and golf and serving at his church.
