Overview

Corey Roberts is an associate in WSHB's Tampa office. He focuses his practice on complex litigation and insurance coverage.

Corey is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, he served as Student Bar Association President as well as being an executive board member for the Stetson Ambassadors Program. He was also a member of the Dispute Resolution Board, where he received the Rookie of the Year award. Corey is a recipient of Stetson's Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy and a recipient of the Michael P. Allen Award for Excellence and Professionalism, given to an individual that was in the top 25% of the class, a member of an advocacy board, and who demonstrated a commitment to professionalism and civility. While at Stetson, he also received the William F. Blews Prop Bono Service Award for the amount of pro bono hours completed while being a student.

He has served as a judicial intern at the Middle District of Florida for the Honorable Judge Sean P. Flynn as well as at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Cory J. Ciklin. Prior to joining the firm, Corey worked with a well-known law firm in his home town of Fort Myers where he gained extensive legal experience. His experiences provide a solid foundation of legal knowledge that he brings to every case he handles.

In his free time, Corey enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
