Overview
Claudia is an associate in WSHB’s San Diego office. In her practice with the firm, Claudia counsels and represents employers in various labor and employment law matters, with a primary focus on wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act representative actions, and harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Earlier in her career, Claudia was focusing her practice on single and multi-plaintiff employment harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases against private and public employers in California. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk under the Honorable Brendan J. Griffin.
Claudia received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, where she graduated cum laude and served as President of the Health Law Club and a Writing Center Fellow. Before attending law school, she earned a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Wroclaw in Poland, where she studied various areas of practice, including international, European, intellectual property, and business law.
