Brooke Suárez is a senior associate in WSHB’s New Jersey office. She handles complex civil litigation, including products and professional liability matters.
Brooke has spent considerable time trying cases and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every matter she handles. Her time in trial harkens back to her experience as an Assistant Prosecutor for Union County. Most recently, she served as staff counsel for a large insurance company where she tried civil matters with success. With a string of defense verdicts in the civil arena, she brings unique insight into targeting key evidence.
An alumna of Seton Hall University School of Law, Brooke clerked for the Honorable Diane Pincus, J.S.C., in Middlesex County after graduation. While in law school, she worked as an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of New Jersey, and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
