Overview
Brian Jun is an employment attorney in the San Diego office of WSHB. He represents small and large corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions and representative claims, as well as harassment, retaliation, and discrimination disputes.
Brian received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Upon graduation, Brian was an associate for a Plaintiff’s law firm in Los Angeles and also later represented employers in San Diego in various complex employment matters. Working for both plaintiffs and defendants has allowed him to gain a unique perspective on the merits and arguments for both sides of a case.
Before law school, Brian received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated with distinction. As a Chicago native, Brian enjoys rooting for his hometown Cubs, Bulls, and Bears.
