Alexander A. Busvek

A senior associate in WSHB’s Tampa office, Alex Busvek focuses his practice on insurance coverage.

Alex is a graduate of the Ivey Business School of Western University where he received an Honors in Business Administration with distinction. During his time at Western, Alex’s studies focused on business strategy, finance and psychology. Alex is also a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where he served as a senior associate on Stetson Law Review and was a member of the Dispute Resolution Board. A published author, Alex’s article on tax law was published in the 2019 Stetson Law Review Open Edition. While in law school, he also completed multiple research assistant positions and worked as a student assistant at the Dolly & Homer Hand Law Library.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked as a tax consultant for an accounting firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for reviewing financial records and detecting arithmetic and procedural errors among other responsibilities. This experience provided a solid foundation for the level of meticulous detail he brings to every matter he handles.
