Kelly Waters brings more than 20 years of litigation expertise to New Jersey office

WSHB is pleased to announce that Kelly Waters will join our New Jersey office as partner effective immediately. Kelly brings more than 20 years of litigation expertise defending product liability, general liability and commercial matters in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. In addition to her extensive litigation experience, Kelly also serves as a Municipal Court Judge in the Township of Union, New Jersey.

Kelly has defended major manufacturers of motor vehicles and motorcycles, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, animal health related products and industrial equipment in product liability and consumer cases brought as either individual cases or class actions. She represents clients ranging from the world’s largest insurers to Fortune 500 companies to family owned businesses. Kelly has tried many cases to verdict and participated in numerous multi-party mediations.

Kelly is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society limited to 3,500 fellows, representing less than one half of one percent of American lawyers. In addition to New Jersey, Kelly is also licensed to practice in New York.
