Constance Endelicato, a nationally acclaimed trial lawyer with over 29 years of litigation experience in defending healthcare providers, was recently sworn in as President Elect of the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management (SCAHRM). SCAHRM is the largest of the local chapter affiliates of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). To date, Endelicato has achieved an incredible record of trying over sixty jury trials and binding arbitrations, having never been defeated.
As President Elect of SCAHRM, Endelicato, a partner at WSHB, is Chairman of the Education Committee and will oversee and schedule all education programs conducted throughout the year, including webinars and live education meetings, as well as the Annual Conference. Next May, Endelicato steps in as President.
Membership of SCAHRM includes professionals in the healthcare industry including, risk managers in acute care, ambulatory care, long term care and managed care settings, patient safety personnel, defense attorneys, insurance and claim management professionals, consultants, quality management professionals, privacy officers, equipment and supply vendors, and health information specialists.
This past year, Endelicato was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s list of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Lawyers. She was also named by the Los Angeles and San Francisco legal newspaper, The Daily Journal, as one of the Top 100 Women Lawyers in California. Additionally, she was also honored by Los Angeles Magazine as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Southern California. She also received the designation of Super Lawyer in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine, Super Lawyer in Orange County by Orange Coast Magazine, and Top Lawyer by Pasadena Magazine. She also holds an AV-Preeminent Rating which is the highest rating awarded by Martindale Hubbell.
