Wasif Khan is an associate in WSHB’s Fresno office, where his practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He enjoys experience in handling property management and tenant disputes, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims. Wasif brings unique insight into every case handled, emanating from his tenure as a top-flight plaintiff lawyer handling a full case load of bodily injury matters ranging from the most nuanced to catastrophic injuries. In this regard, his substantial case experience on both sides of the proverbial coin and legal prowess in the courtroom add insight, knowledge and strategy to every matter handled.

Wasif is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a Moot Court team member. He also earned a Cali Award (top grade) in Sports Law. Wasif received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Environmental Science, from California State University, Sacramento.

When not actively defending firm clients, Wasif assists his former classmates in preparing for the California State Bar Exam. He also enjoys hiking and watching football and basketball games. Wasif is fluent in Punjabi.
