Stephen Jenkins is a senior associate in WSHB’s Northern California office. He handles complex civil litigation matters including claims involving product liability, property damage, construction, and automobile accidents. A member of the State Bar of California since 2005, Mr. Jenkins has focused his practice in the areas of real estate, product liability, toxic tort, construction defect, insurance, and mass tort litigation. He has worked as a litigator representing individuals, manufacturers, contractors, and suppliers in all aspects of both catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation.

Mr. Jenkins graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in the top 20% of his class. His studies earned him an invitation to join the international legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. Prior to law school, Mr. Jenkins earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. While at Vanderbilt, he was inducted into the Lotus Eaters, Gamma Beta Phi and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. He continues to serve as a member of the Commodore Recruitment Program, interviewing prospective undergraduates.

Along with his membership in the State Bar of California, Mr. Jenkins also maintains a broker’s license with the California Department of Real Estate.
