Overview
Sarah Labia is a senior associate in WSHB’s New York office. In her practice, Sarah regularly represents firm clients in transportation and construction litigation. Ms. Labia is also experienced in medical malpractice, product liability, and commercial litigation.
Sarah received her law degree from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While there, she earned CALI Awards in Legal Process, International Law, and Advanced Trial Practice. She also competed on the Mock Trial Team, where she was a finalist in the Touro Law Center Intraschool Mock Trial Competition.
Outside of her legal career, Sarah is an active member of her community. She's an annual participant in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk and the PurpleStride 5k, a fundraiser for the research and treatment of pancreatic cancer.
