Samantha Ross is an associate in WSHB’s New York office. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including construction, complex torts and casualty, and transportation.
She received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Samantha was an active member of the IP CO-LAB (NUSL’s intellectual property clinic), where she helped student entrepreneurs protect their copyright and trademark rights by filing trademark applications, drafting informational memoranda, and serving as a guest speaker in undergraduate business courses. As a member of the school’s Prisoners’ Rights Clinic, she provided pro bono legal assistance to prisoners eligible for parole. Samantha further strengthened her legal skills through her internships at Brown University and multiple general practice firms, as well as through her work as a full-time judicial intern for the Honorable Debra Freeman in the Southern District of New York.
Samantha received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Delaware. She worked as a litigation paralegal in New York prior to attending law school. Samantha is admitted to practice in New York.
