Overview

Robyn Weiss is senior counsel in WSHB's Thousand Oaks office, where she handles transportation and complex torts and casualty claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Robyn honed her civil litigation skills by handling a wide variety of cases from inception through trial preparation. Her experience includes defending transportation, complex torts, medical malpractice, and long-term care defense.

Robyn graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. While there, she was a recognized Dean's Scholar and served as the lead copy editor of The Law Commentator.

A Ventura County native, Robyn enjoys litigating in her home county.
