Overview

Phil Tiberi is a partner who represents clients throughout California and Nevada. Since 1996, he has built an extensive trial record across a broad spectrum of complex civil litigation, with a particular focus on transportation and construction matters in both states. Notably, Phil argued before Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, resulting in the affirmation of a lower court’s decision to deny stacking of underinsured motorist benefits. He is also highly experienced in Nevada’s Mandatory Arbitration Program. In addition, Phil frequently presents seminars on security issues in premises liability litigation and on compliance with Fair Claims Settlement Practices regulations.

Phil holds an AV-Preeminent rating and is a graduate of Southwestern Law School. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego.
