Paula Castaneda is an associate at WSHB’s Fort Lauderdale office, where she focuses her practice on insurance coverage. Prior to joining the firm, Paula clerked for the School Board of Broward County, and served as a law clerk for small civil litigation firms.

Paula graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While at Nova, she served as the Bilingual Editor for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law where her student note, “A Comparative Study of Migrants’ Access to Healthcare: Similarities and Differences Between England, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, and the United States” was published. She also competed in the mock trial and was a research assistant to Professor Michael Flynn. Paula received her undergraduate degree with a double major in Legal Studies and Psychology. Paula is also fluent in Spanish.
