Bio
Olivia Kim is a graduate of Southwestern Law School, where she was the associate editor of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. Olivia received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
During law school, Olivia handled complex matters in the Southwestern Law School’s Ninth Circuit Appellate Litigation Clinic, where Olivia was selected as one of seven students to represent indigent clients before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She clerked for the Attorney General handling administrative law hearings. She received valuable insight on the courtroom in her externship with the Honorable Judge Gail Feuer in the Los Angeles Superior Court tackling a myriad of complex evidence, employment and contract based issues. Prior to embarking upon a career in law, Olivia worked as a business development coordinator for Samsung C&T America. Olivia is also fluent in Korean.
