Bio

Kyle Hoyt is a civil defense attorney with extensive experience representing a wide range of clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts in Nevada and Utah. Kyle’s expertise includes the representation of corporate and individual clients in matters concerning commercial business, professional liability, toxic tort and occupational exposure, and insurance disputes. Kyle also represents clients in connection with catastrophic injury matters in the fields of transportation, retail and hospitality, with causes ranging from construction defects to industrial accidents. His professional liability experience includes the representation of several different types of directors, officers and other professionals including construction industry professionals, design professionals, transport professionals, insurance industry professionals including insurance agents and brokers, and a wide range of other miscellaneous professionals.

Kyle has a strong reputation for effectively representing clients in pre-litigation investigations and settlement negotiations. His experience also spans all stages of litigation as well as appellate practice, and he has efficiently resolved complex discovery disputes including matters involving e-discovery and testimonial discovery.
