Kush Parikh is an associate in WSHB’s New York office, focusing on a variety of complex civil litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Kush worked on a variety of transactional and litigation matters in both a law firm and in-house setting.

Kush is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a senior staff member of the New York Real Property Law Journal. Kush was also president of the Corporate and Securities Law Society, as well as vice president of the Bankruptcy Law Society. During law school, he served as a student attorney for the St. John’s Securities Arbitration Clinic.

Kush received his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University. He is fluent in Gujarati and French.
