Kristofer has a broad range of litigation expertise in complex commercial litigation and transactional matters. His experience includes real estate litigation, construction, transportation, class actions, and bankruptcy matters. In addition to negotiating various real property-related agreements on behalf of buyers and landlords, Kristofer has successfully represented clients in contract litigation pertaining to purchases of multi-million dollar commercial assets. Additionally, Kristofer has provided counsel to clients in all stages of case management, including depositions, arbitration, mediation, motions for summary judgment, pre-trial motions, jury trial, post-trial motions, and appellate issues.
Throughout his career, Kristofer has provided legal counsel to a wide range of clients and employers, including Fortune 500 companies. He has handled cases in California and Nevada Courts, and has developed his practice to provide legal advice on matters concerning conflicts of law.
Kristofer began to hone his litigation and alternative dispute resolution skills at Pepperdine School of Law, where he held positions as an editor on the Dispute Resolution Law Journal, member of the Moot Court Board, and assistant coach of the Negotiations team. He was selected to represent Pepperdine at the International Chamber of Commerce’s annual commercial mediation competition. In addition to a law degree, Kristofer received his Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Science from Pepperdine University. He was a member of Pepperdine’s first class to participate in this dual degree program, and brings a business-oriented and personal approach to helping clients navigate the legal issues which they encounter.
