Joseph is an associate in WSHB’s Northern California office, where his practice focuses on complex torts, employment and construction matters. He is frequently sought out for his skills in pre-and post-litigation matters involving employment matters. He regularly defends individuals and businesses against claims involving breach of contract and discrimination. Joseph’s experience includes catastrophic injuries, habitability cases, transportation, and property damage litigation. Joseph actively works with clients to shape case management and provide litigation strategies.
Joseph also works on transaction matters, including general business, export controls, and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining the firm, Joseph attended Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating with a High Tech Law Certificate with a specialization in corporate law. Joseph also enjoys volunteering at the Entrepreneurs’ Legal Advising Clinic in San Jose.
