Overview
John Capitani is an experienced lawyer based in WSHB’s New York office handling complex civil litigation. His experience includes handling all aspects of catastrophic injury, New York Labor Law, construction, premises and property matters. In addition, John has ample experience handling medical malpractice matters representing hospitals, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals and personnel.
John earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Manhattan College, and his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He is admitted to practice in New York.
