Overview
Jessica Gonzales is senior counsel in WSHB’s Dallas, Texas office specializing in the defense of employment practices, professional liability, construction defect, and catastrophic injuries. She enjoys broad base experience handling complex tort matters involving catastrophic injury and transportation issues. Over the course of her career, she’s attended multiple mediations leading to favorable settlements, argued and obtained favorable Court rulings on discovery and pre-trial matters, and deposed numerous fact witnesses over a wide range of topics.
Jessica is a graduate of UNT Dallas College of Law, where she was served as secretary for the American Constitution Society and fundraising chair for the Women Law Student Association. Additionally, she was a member of the Board of Advocates and participated in mock trial competitions. Ms. Gonzales also participated in alternative dispute resolution competitions while in law school.
She is licensed in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
