Overview
Jeff Rowe is a partner in WSHB’s Atlanta office, where he represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage matters in state and federal court. He has successfully litigated a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases, including the interpretation of policy provisions and exclusions, quantum disputes, allegations of breach of contract, bad faith, and other extra-contractual relief. Jeff has extensive experience in first-party matters involving disasters, wind/hail, fraud, theft, arson, business interruption claims, appraisal, and plumbing failures at both commercial and residential properties. Jeff’s skills also extend to areas involving premises liability, technology, and transportation.
In connection with his insurance practice, Jeff regularly advises the London Market in policy underwriting issues and pre-suit matters and represents their members in court. Jeff spent time in London as a secondee with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate, where he advised its claims and legal teams on a variety of North American claims, underwriting, and regulatory issues.
As a result of his accomplishments, Jeff has been recognized as a Best Lawyer: Ones to Watch for his work in commercial litigation, insurance law, and personal injury defense in Atlanta, Georgia, for the years 2024 - 2026.
