Overview

Daniel Bauerlein is a senior associate of WSHB’s Ontario, California office handling complex civil litigation. He brings to his practice a unique perspective gleaned from his prior tenure working on the plaintiff side, an insight that allows him to shape cases strategically for resolution.

He received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law. He also holds a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the American Military University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Technology, and Management from California State University, Monterey Bay.

Before embarking upon a career in law, Daniel served in the US Coast Guard as an Operations Specialist. Daniel maintained the overall tactical picture while overseeing control of multiple air and surface assets in support of the CG’s maritime drug interdiction mission.
