Brandon Gnekow is a senior associate at WSHB’s Northern California office. A versatile and analytical lawyer, Brandon handles litigated matters in several practice areas including construction, catastrophic injury, public entity and habitability issues. He also enjoys success handling a range of employment matters for small to mid size businesses.
He has handled all aspects of litigation from beginning to resolution in countless civil matters, including investigation, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and mediation. Brandon relies on his strong analytical background as an intelligence analyst in the U.S. Marines to devise case strategy and evidence investigation.
Brandon is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he earned a business law certificate. While there, he worked as a student attorney in the Investor Justice Clinic helping elderly clients from fraudulent investments and assisting start-up companies with incorporation. Brandon received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Brandon served in the United States Marine Corps as an Intelligence Analyst delivering daily briefings to U.S. Generals and Senior Officers in Iraq, Hurricane Katrina relief and other tours of duty.
