Overview

Brittany Kelly is an associate in WSHB’s Orange County office, where she focuses her practice on complex coverage issues. She also handles all facets of litigation for several practice areas including construction site accidents and transportation issues.

Brittany earned her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she attended as a full tuition merit scholar and graduated with an Entertainment Law emphasis. Throughout her time in law school, Brittany worked in a variety of different law firms gaining valuable experience in construction and contract law, among other law emphases. She also served as a legal writing fellow for Professor Stephanie Lascelles’ Legal Writing and Research course for two consecutive years. In recognition of being the highest scoring student, Brittany was awarded two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in the courses of legal writing and entertainment law clinic.

Prior to practicing law, Brittany earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in Film and Electronic Arts from California State University, Long Beach. While there, Brittany had the unique pleasure of interning with NBCUniversal and has assisted in the creation, development and production of motion pictures, television programs, and other short-form content.

When not practicing law, Brittany enjoys riding dirt bikes and going snowboarding with her family in Mammoth Lakes, California.
