Aaron Ruffin is an associate in the firm’s New Orleans office, where he focuses his practice on complex torts and casualty, bad faith claims, and insurance coverage.

Aaron earned his law degree from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, he served as the senior staff editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal, a member of the Moot Court Board, and president of the Black Law Students Association. He was also a research assistant for the GWU Trial Advocacy Department. Aaron’s previous experience includes serving as a law clerk with the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, and to the Honorable Dontae L. Bugg of the 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.

Prior to attending law school, Aaron worked as a mathematics instructor in Atlanta through the Teach For America program. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and the District of Columbia.
