Philadelphia partner, Andy Kessler, has recently been named as Legal Counsel for The Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health. Since its founding in 1958, The Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health has brought the highest quality evidence-based practices and supports in an environment of wellness to each and every individual in need of behavioral health, intellectual disabilities or aging services. In addition to providing advice on contractual issues, matters concerning the Mental Health Procedures Act, and various employment related concerns, Mr. Kessler will represent The Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health with regard to any litigation and administrative matters which also might arise. Mr. Kessler’s appointment as Legal Counsel for this esteemed and highly regarded organization, which provides vital services to an underserved population, builds off of his close to 30 years of experience in representing hospitals and healthcare providers in a wide array of healthcare litigation matters.
