Why Women Matter in Construction Industry Risk and Claims Management

WSHB’s Brenda Radmacher will speak at the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California. The West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar is the largest event of its kind worldwide and is considered the “must go to event” for all the members of the construction defect community.

Radmacher, a partner in the Los Angeles office of WSHB, will share her expertise on a panel titled, “Why Women Matter – the Role of Diversity and Inclusion of Women in Construction Industry Risk Management and Claims Management.”

As counsel in the firm’s construction, real estate and environmental/ toxic tort departments, Radmacher has developed a practice representing homebuilders, general contractors, landowners, lenders, and developers in all aspects of construction and real estate issues.
Radmacher also works tirelessly on behalf of women in the construction industry as President of the California Chapter of Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE).

Radmacher’s 20 years of consistent excellent results, commitment to her clients, and impact on the legal, construction and insurance industries was recognized when she was selected as the 2016 Outside Counsel Professional of the Year by the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, the largest professional association in the insurance/risk management industry.
