WSHB Partner Michelle Arbitrio and Lara Taibi from York will lead an interactive CLM webinar entitled “Miscellaneous Professional Liability: Insuring the New and Unknown” on Thursday, March 28 at 12 p.m. EST.

This presentation will provide the claims and litigation perspectives on strategies for effectively and efficiently handling the diverse array of professional liability claims that fall within the “miscellaneous” professional liability bucket. It will include a discussion regarding coverage and underwriting issues, policy application questions and policy language. The presentation will also include a discussion of strategies for handling miscellaneous claims that are effective when applied to all different types of professions.

A practicing attorney for over 15 years, Michelle Arbitrio enjoys an enviable record of success. Ms. Arbitrio litigates, tries and appeals complex professional, commercial, directors and officers (D&O), life insurance, ERISA and employment disputes in state and federal courts and defends securities arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
