Two nationally celebrated litigators and partners from WSHB will discuss "Hot Topics in Toxic Torts" at the Environmental and Emerging Claims Manager Association Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida later this month. Tracy Lewis and Thomas Vandenburg will share their wisdom and expertise on this cutting edge topic with leaders in the insurance industry, the environmental consulting industry and other litigators attending the conference on Friday, April 27, 2018.

"Pesticide litigation, diacetyl litigation and PCE dry cleaner litigation are specifically the topics we will cover," said Mr. Vandenburg. "We hope to provide relevant, practical information on all three complicated and controversial issues."

Tracy Lewis, a partner at WSHB’s Glendale office, is a skilled civil litigator with extensive experience in the areas of toxic exposure, products liability, catastrophic injury, construction, professional liability and appeals. Her clients include a major entertainment studio, as well as national and international residential developers, product manufacturers and distributors.

A partner at WSHB’s Los Angeles office, Tom Vandenburg’s legal practice focuses on environmental and toxic tort litigation.
