Robin specializes in the areas of construction defect, toxic tort and personal injury defense. She represents real estate developers and contractors in construction defect single family residence claims. She also defends property owners and developers in cases involving personal injury on commercial and residential sites. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from discovery to law and motion and trial. Robin also has worked in transactional matters and general business litigation, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court. Prior to entering law school, she worked for an affordable housing developer of multi-family housing units throughout Southern California.
